His former role as an EAP Counselor at PECO Energy Co. saw him offering critical support in brief treatment, trauma response, and more. His expertise has reached various audiences, from NFL and NCAA football teams to international groups in Africa, Anguilla, and Israel, where he focused on relationship education, crisis pregnancy, and youth violence.

Vincent’s personal life is as rich as his professional one. He celebrates over 42 years of marriage, is the proud father of six daughters, and a grandfather to eleven grandchildren. His passion for fatherhood is also evident in his literary work, with his book on fathering, ‘Who’s Your Daddy? I’m Your Daddy’, set to be published soon.
